Job Description

• Prepare accurate and timely financial statements, including profit and loss statements, balance sheets, and cash flow statements
• Present financial reports to senior management and provide insights for decision-making
• Ensure compliance with all tax regulations and filing requirements
• Coordinate with external tax advisors and auditors to prepare and submit tax returns accurately and on time
• Stay updated on changes in tax laws and regulations that may impact the operations
• Facilitate internal and external audits by providing necessary documentation and explanations
• Implement audit recommendations and improve internal controls to mitigate risks and ensure accuracy of financial records.
• Supervise and mentor accounting staff, providing guidance on accounting principles, processes, and best practices.
• Foster a culture of teamwork, accountability, and continuous improvement within the finance department
• Conduct performance evaluations and identify opportunities for training and development
• Monitor and assess financial risks and exposures, implementing appropriate controls and mitigation strategies
• Communicate effectively with cross-functional teams to address financial implications and support business objectives
• Serve as the primary point of contact for financial inquiries and issue resolution.

Pay: AED6,000\.00 - AED7,000\.00 per month
