Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled

Chartered Accountant (CA) with 5 years of experience

to manage the financial operations of our manpower agency in Abu Dhabi. The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in financial reporting, compliance, budgeting, and payroll management, specifically within the recruitment and manpower supply industry.

Key Responsibilities:Financial Management & Reporting:

Prepare and analyze financial statements, ensuring accuracy and compliance with IFRS. Manage budgeting, forecasting, and cash flow to optimize financial performance. Handle month-end and year-end closing processes.

Accounts & Payroll:

Oversee payroll processing for employees and outsourced staff, ensuring compliance with WPS regulations. Manage accounts receivable and payable, ensuring timely invoicing and payment processing. Reconcile bank statements, ledgers, and other financial records.

Compliance & Audit:

Ensure compliance with UAE tax laws, including VAT filing and corporate tax regulations. Coordinate with auditors and regulatory bodies for financial audits and statutory filings. Maintain proper documentation and records for financial transactions.

Cost Control & Financial Strategy:

Identify cost-saving opportunities and recommend financial strategies to optimize profitability. Analyze financial data to provide insights for business decision-making.

Stakeholder Coordination:

Work closely with management to provide financial insights and reports. Liaise with banks, auditors, and government authorities regarding financial matters.

Requirements:

Chartered Accountant (CA) qualification

is mandatory.

Minimum 5 years of accounting experience, preferably in a manpower or recruitment agency.

Strong knowledge of UAE financial regulations, VAT, WPS, and corporate taxation. Proficiency in accounting software (e.g., Tally, QuickBooks, SAP, or similar). Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills. Ability to work independently and handle multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.

Preferred Qualifications:

Experience in ADNOC or Oil & Gas-related manpower supply will be an advantage. Knowledge of ERP systems and advanced Excel skills.
