Directing finance, accounting, and transactional activities for the accounts payable (AP), accounts receivable (AR), general ledger, payroll, and Treasury while ensuring effectiveness for short and long term undertakings.
Establishing effective accounting policies that adhere to corporate policies, International Financial Reporting Standards (IFRS), and statutory compliance requirements, and implementing financial controls and systems to guarantee effective financial management.
Preparing budgets, financial forecasts, cash flows, and achieving objectives by scheduling expenditures, analyzing variances, and initiating corrective actions.
Preparing financial statements (balance sheet, income statement, cash flow statement, retained earnings statement) under IFRS.
Managing daily cash flow, ensuring adequate liquidity to allow the company to operate effectively at all times
