Experience:

Minimum of 3-5 years of must have UAE experience in the perfume or fragrance industry.
Proven track record of working in a laboratory environment, particularly with fragrance compounds and formulations.
Strong knowledge of organic chemistry and familiarity with essential oils, aroma compounds, and synthetic fragrances.
Proficiency in fragrance formulation and the ability to create and modify fragrance compositions.
Experience with the evaluation of raw materials and finished products for quality and consistency.
Ability to conduct detailed chemical analysis and interpret complex data.
Strong sense of smell and the ability to distinguish and evaluate different scents.
Creative mindset with a passion for developing new and unique fragrance formulations.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Capacity to present findings and recommendations clearly and persuasively.
Proficiency in using laboratory software and tools for data analysis and formulation management.
Familiarity with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).

Proficiency in additional languages, especially if dealing with international suppliers and markets. Educational Background:

Bachelor\'s degree in Chemistry, Chemical Engineering, or a related field. Advanced degrees (Master\'s or Ph.D.) are preferred.
Professional certifications in fragrance chemistry or related areas.

Industry Knowledge:

In-depth understanding of global fragrance trends and consumer preferences.
Familiarity with sustainable and environmentally friendly practices in fragrance manufacturing.
