Position Summary: We are seeking a skilled and experienced Chemical Engineer with 4 years of relevant industry experience to join our team in the oil lubricants sector. The ideal candidate will be responsible for optimizing processes, ensuring product quality, and supporting R&D efforts in the development of new lubricant formulations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Formulation Development: Design and develop new oil lubricants formulations based on customer requirements and market trends.
• Process Optimization: Analyze and optimize chemical processes to improve production efficiency, yield, and cost-effectiveness.
• Quality Control: Monitor and ensure the quality of lubricants through routine testing, ensuring compliance with industry standards.
• Technical Support: Provide technical support to production teams and customers, including troubleshooting production issues.
• R&D Contributions: Work closely with R&D teams to develop new products or improve existing ones based on emerging technologies and customer feedback.
• Regulatory Compliance: Ensure that all products meet regulatory requirements, including environmental standards, safety, and performance specifications.
• Documentation: Maintain comprehensive records of formulations, process changes, and test results.
• Equipment and Safety: Ensure the safe operation of equipment, follow safety protocols, and conduct regular maintenance checks.
• Project Management: Lead or contribute to projects aimed at improving product performance, developing cost-effective solutions, and expanding product lines.
• Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams including production, R&D, marketing, and sales.

Qualifications:

• Education: Bachelor's degree in Chemical Engineering or a related field.
• Experience: Minimum of 4 years of experience in the oil lubricants or related chemical industry.
• Skills: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, proficiency in lab equipment and testing procedures, excellent communication, and collaboration abilities.
• Knowledge: In-depth understanding of lubrication technology, tribology, and the production processes of lubricants.
