May 14,2024 Develop and optimize chemical processes for the production of foam and ABC powder, taking into account safety, cost, and efficiency.
Conduct experiments and analyze data to identify and solve problems in the production process.
Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to foam and ABC powder production, such as quality control problems or equipment malfunctions.
Monitor and analyze production data to identify opportunities for process improvements and cost reduction.
Collaborate with suppliers and vendors to source raw materials and equipment for foam and ABC powder production.What we need in you to be successfull in this role :
Good understanding of the fundamentals of chemical engineering including, Surface tension , Film formation , material and fluid dynamics, heat transfer, thermodynamics and mixing phenomena
Capable to identify new methods of manufacturing chemicals and creating the process.
Capable to prepare MSDS and technical datasheet of the foam concentrates.
Strong knowledge on UL 162, UL 139 , EN 1568 and ICAO foam concentrate testing requirements and ISO 17025Desired Candidate ProfileBachelor\'s degree in Chemical Engineering or related field.
Strong knowledge of chemical engineering principles and processes.
Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
Physical ability to work in a laboratory or production environment.
Ability to manage multiple projects and prioritize tasks effectively.
