Key Responsibilities:

Develop and optimize manufacturing processes for fiber glass production.
Conduct research to improve the efficiency and quality of products.
Ensure compliance with industry standards and safety regulations.
Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues in the production process.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement new technologies and methods.
Monitor and analyse production data to identify areas for improvement.

Qualifications:

Bachelor\'s degree in Chemical Engineering or a related field.
Minimum of 2 years experience in a manufacturing environment, preferably in fiber glass or a related industry.
Strong knowledge of chemical processes and materials science.
Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
Ability to work effectively in a team as well as independently.
Proficiency in using relevant engineering software and tools.
Good communication and organizational skills.
