Experience:
• Minimum of 2 years of hands-on experience in cooking and preparing Tandoor cuisine
• Proven track record in a professional kitchen environment, preferably in high-end restaurants or hotels
Culinary Expertise:
• Mastery of Tandoor cooking techniques, including marination, skewer preparation, and oven management
• Proficiency in preparing a wide range of Tandoori dishes, including but not limited to:
• Various types of naan and other breads
• Tandoori chicken, fish, and other meats
• Kebabs (seekh, reshmi, hariyali, etc.)
• Vegetarian Tandoori options
Cultural Background:
• Preferred nationalities: Indian, Pakistani, or Nepalese
• Deep understanding of the cultural significance and authenticity of Tandoor cuisine
Location:
• Strong preference for candidates currently based in Ras Al Khaimah, UAE
Additional Skills:
• Knowledge of food safety and hygiene standards
• Ability to work in a fast-paced kitchen environment
• Team player with excellent communication skills
• Creativity in developing new Tandoori dishes while maintaining traditional flavors
