: As a Saloona Maker, you will be responsible for preparing and serving traditional Middle Eastern dishes, with a focus on Saloona, a flavorful and popular stew. Main Responsibilities and Duties:Saloona Preparation: Prepare Saloona, a traditional Middle Eastern stew, by following established recipes and culinary techniques. Select and portion ingredients, including meat, vegetables, spices, and seasonings. Ensure that the Saloona is cooked to perfection, balancing flavors and textures. Culinary Expertise: Apply your culinary knowledge and skills to create authentic Middle Eastern dishes that meet our quality standards. Food Safety: Adhere to food safety and hygiene guidelines throughout the food preparation process. Maintain a clean and organized kitchen workspace. Quality Control: Conduct quality checks to ensure that the Saloona meets our taste and presentation expectations. Recipe Variations: Collaborate with the culinary team to explore and develop new Saloona variations or complementary dishes. Customer Service: Interact with customers and provide information about Middle Eastern cuisine and the Saloona dish, as needed. Menu Suggestions: Offer menu suggestions and recommendations to customers based on their preferences and dietary requirements. Inventory Management: Assist in maintaining inventory levels by monitoring and requesting supplies as needed. Recipe Documentation: Document Saloona recipes and variations for consistency in preparation. Qualifications:
Previous experience in Middle Eastern cuisine and Saloona preparation is preferred.
Culinary training or a degree in culinary arts is a plus.
