We are seeking a talented and experienced Catering Chef to join our team knows how to cook Pakistani food and Indian food including Breakfast (Parotta, Roti. Dosa ). The Catering Chef will be responsible for ensuring high-quality food production. The ideal candidate will have a passion for culinary excellence, strong leadership skills, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
Responsibilities:
• Menu planning, food preparation, and presentation.
• Ensure that all food is prepared to the highest quality standards and meets customer specifications.
• Manage inventory, ordering, and receiving of food and supplies.
• Develop new menu items and recipes.
• Monitor food costs and budgeting to ensure profitability.
• Maintain a clean and organized kitchen environment.
• Perform other duties as assigned by management.
Requirements:
• Proven experience as a Catering Chef , Hotel or similar role.
• Culinary degree or equivalent certification.
• Strong leadership and communication skills.
• Ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
• Knowledge of food safety and sanitation regulations.
• Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Creative and innovative approach to menu planning and food presentation.
• Ability to lift heavy objects and stand for extended periods.
• Flexible schedule, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
