We are seeking a talented and experienced Catering Chef to join our team knows how to cook Indian food and continental food. The Catering Chef will be responsible for ensuring high-quality food production. The ideal candidate will have a passion for culinary excellence, strong leadership skills, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment. Responsibilities:
  • Menu planning, food preparation, and presentation.
  • Ensure that all food is prepared to the highest quality standards and meets customer specifications.
  • Manage inventory, ordering, and receiving of food and supplies.
  • Develop new menu items and recipes.
  • Monitor food costs and budgeting to ensure profitability.
  • Maintain a clean and organized kitchen environment.
  • Perform other duties as assigned by management.
Requirements:
  • Proven experience as a Catering Chef , Hotel or similar role.
  • Culinary degree or equivalent certification.
  • Strong leadership and communication skills.
  • Ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
  • Knowledge of food safety and sanitation regulations.
  • Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Creative and innovative approach to menu planning and food presentation.
  • Ability to lift heavy objects and stand for extended periods.
  • Flexible schedule, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
Job Type: Full-time Pay: From AED1,800.00 per month Experience:
  • chef: 1 year (Preferred)
