Chef (persian Food)

Job Description

1. Food Preparation:

• Prepare and present high-quality Persian dishes.
• Assist the Sous Chef and Head Chef in developing and testing new recipes and menu items.

2. Kitchen Management:

• Supervise junior kitchen staff and ensure they adhere to food safety standards.
• Manage kitchen inventory and ensure all ingredients are fresh and stored correctly.

3. Quality Control:

• Maintain the highest standards of food hygiene and cleanliness.
• Ensure consistent quality and presentation of dishes.

Requirements:

1. Experience:

• Minimum of 2-4 years of experience as a Chef de Partie, specifically in Persian cuisine.
• Proven track record in high-end restaurants or hotels is preferred.

2. Skills:

• Expertise in Persian culinary techniques and ingredients.
• Strong leadership and teamwork skills.
• Ability to work under pressure and handle multiple tasks simultaneously

- SALARY : 2500AED - 3500 AED .

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: AED2,500.00 - AED3,500.00 per month

Experience:
