Job Opening: Karahi & BBQ Chef

Responsibilities:

• Prepare and cook Tandori and BBQ dishes as per restaurant standards.
• Ensure food quality and presentation meets customer expectations.
• Manage kitchen operations including stock control and ordering.
• Maintain cleanliness and hygiene standards in the kitchen.
• Coordinate with kitchen staff to ensure efficient workflow.

Requirements:

• Proven experience as a Chef specializing in Tandori and BBQ cuisine.
• Knowledge of cooking methods, ingredients, and kitchen equipment.
• Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
• Good communication skills and ability to work in a team.
• UAE experience is advantageous.
