Position: Chef in Charge

We are a small catering team based in Ajman, seeking a skilled Chef in Charge •(medium to high level)• to lead our kitchen operations.

Requirements:

1. Proven experience as a chef in well-known international Chinese restaurant brands or catering services.

2. Ability to independently prepare dishes and develop new SKU items.

3. Expertise in Hong Kong-style/Cantonese cuisine is preferred.

4. Strong management skills to oversee kitchen operations, ensure food safety, and maintain quality standards.

5. Knowledge of HACCP, including documentation and identifying safety risks.

6. Responsibility for quality control and enforcing standardized operations.

7. High standards in managing staff, with no tolerance for negligence.

Ideal Candidate:

1. Typically 5-8 years of experience in a similar role.

2. Strong leadership and management skills.

3. Proficient in English communication.

4. Hardworking, reliable, and capable of handling pressure.

5. No bad habits or criminal record.

6. Valid health certificate and proof of relevant work experience.

Interview Process:

1. Online interview for initial screening.

2. On-site cooking trial to evaluate skills.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: AED5,000.00 - AED10,000.00 per month
