Job Summary
We are looking for a skilled(Georgian Chefs are in Dubai available only ) to join our team in a bustling restaurant. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing the kitchen operations, ensuring high-quality food preparation, and leading the culinary team to deliver exceptional dining experiences.
Responsibilities
• Prepare and cook delicious and visually appealing dishes
• Manage kitchen staff and coordinate food orders
• Oversee food stock and kitchen supplies
• Ensure compliance with food safety regulations
• Develop new menu items and maintain high standards of quality
• Train and mentor kitchen staff in culinary skills
• Collaborate with the management team to plan and execute menus
Skills
• Proven experience as a Chef in a hospitality or restaurant setting
• Strong leadership and team management abilities
• Proficient in food preparation techniques and kitchen operations
• In-depth knowledge of food safety standards
• Excellent culinary skills with a passion for creating innovative dishes
• Ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment
• Qualifications in culinary arts or relevant field would be advantageous
