: We are seeking a talented and experienced Syrian Cuisine Chef to join our kitchen team. As a Syrian Cuisine Chef, you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of food preparation, cooking, and presentation of authentic Syrian dishes. Prepare and cook a wide variety of Syrian dishes, including kebabs, falafel, hummus, tabbouleh, shawarma, and other traditional specialties. 2. Ensure the quality and consistency of all dishes by adhering to standardized recipes and cooking techniques. 3. Supervise kitchen staff and coordinate their activities to ensure smooth and efficient operations during service hours. 4. Train and mentor kitchen staff in proper food handling, preparation, and cooking techniques specific to Syrian cuisine. 5. Monitor inventory levels and order supplies as needed to maintain stock of fresh ingredients and pantry items. 6. Maintain a clean and organized kitchen environment in compliance with food safety and sanitation standards. 7. Collaborate with the management team to develop seasonal menus and daily specials featuring authentic Syrian flavors. 8. Stay updated on current food trends, techniques, and ingredients related to Syrian cuisine, and incorporate new ideas into menu offerings when appropriate. 9. Handle special dietary requests and accommodate guests with food allergies or restrictions, ensuring that their needs are met without compromising the authenticity of Syrian dishes. 10. Work closely with the front-of-house staff to ensure timely and accurate communication of food orders and special requests. Qualifications: 1. Proven experience as a Chef specializing in Syrian cuisine, with a strong portfolio of successfully prepared dishes. 2. In-depth knowledge of Syrian culinary traditions, ingredients, and cooking techniques. 3. Excellent culinary skills and a passion for creating delicious and visually appealing dishes. 4. Strong leadership abilities with the ability to effectively manage and motivate a team in a high-pressure kitchen environment. 5. Attention to detail and a commitment to upholding high standards of food quality, presentation, and service. 6. Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively to meet deadlines and exceed customer expectations. 7.
