Collaborate with the Head Chef and culinary team to develop and update menu offerings, incorporating innovative twists while staying true to traditional Thai flavors.
Maintain inventory of Thai ingredients and supplies, ensuring freshness and availability of necessary items for daily operations.
Train and mentor kitchen staff on Thai cooking techniques, recipes, and presentation standards, ensuring consistency across all dishes.
Monitor kitchen operations to ensure efficient workflow and timely preparation of Thai dishes, coordinating with other kitchen staff as needed.
Stay updated on current trends and developments in Thai cuisine, incorporating new ingredients, techniques, and flavors into menu offerings.
Assist with special events and promotions featuring Thai cuisine, including menu planning, preparation, and execution.

Qualifications
