We are seeking a talented and passionate Chef de Partie to join our specialty outlet. As a key member of our culinary team, you will be responsible for overseeing a specific section of the kitchen, ensuring the highest standards of food quality, presentation, and customer satisfaction.

• Manage and coordinate activities within a designated section of the kitchen
• Prepare and cook dishes according to menu specifications and quality standards
• Develop and implement new menu items in collaboration with the Executive Chef
• Ensure compliance with food safety and hygiene regulations
• Train and supervise junior kitchen staff
• Maintain accurate inventory records and assist with ordering supplies
• Collaborate with other kitchen sections to ensure smooth service operations
• Participate in menu planning and cost control initiatives
• Maintain a clean and organized work environment

Qualifications

• Culinary degree or diploma from a recognized culinary institution
• Minimum 3-5 years of experience as a Chef de Partie or in a similar role
• Proven expertise in specialty cuisine and current culinary trends
• Strong knowledge of food safety and hygiene standards
• Proficiency in menu planning, food preparation, and presentation techniques
• Experience with inventory management and cost control
• Excellent team leadership and communication skills
• Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
• Creativity and attention to detail in food preparation and plating
• Proficiency in English; knowledge of additional languages is a plus
