What you will be doing:
- Actively share ideas, opinions and suggestions to improve the environment and menus
- Ensure the consistency in the preparation of all food items for a la carte and/or buffet menus according to property recipes and standards
- Ensuring a pleasant dining experience for guests by greeting them in a friendly manner and providing food in a timely manner.
- Communicate effectively with the rest of the team and thrive for guest feedback
- Maintains a clean and near serving area for the employee food choices

Your experience and skills include:
- Should have at least 2 years experience as CDP - Russian Cuisine for a 5 Star Hotel/Resort in UAE
- Ability to work well under pressure in a fast paced environment
- Should have culinary education background
- Ability to work cohesively and collectively as part of a team
