As a Chef De Partie, you are in charge of running the pastry division of the kitchen while collaborating with the Chef De Cuisine . A CDP (Pastry) must also plan production and produce seasonal products.
Responsible for producing high-quality pastry meals using standard recipes and presentations in order to maintain product quality standards and uniformity. Assist in the production and management of pastry and dessert par stocks through proper product rotation, as well as maintaining the highest sanitation and hygiene standards in the pastry and bakery department.
Manages the day-to-day operations of the kitchen's pastry and bread area.
Prepare a wide range of goods, such as cakes, cookies, pies, and bread, using both traditional and modern recipes.
Capable of producing all baked items such as artisan breads and rolls, muffins, laminated Danish, laminated croissants and doughnuts, and so on.
