CHEF DE PARTIE

Our client, a family of unique food concepts that are built on sustainability and delicate culinary excellence who operate premium international brands including FERDI, Philippe Chow, Beef Bar, Novikov, and more, apart from amazing local brands well known for their authenticity and original Kuwaiti taste, is looking for an experienced and talented Chef de Partie to join the team. As Chef de Partie, he/she will be responsible for ensuring the highest quality of food preparation and presentation in line with the restaurant's standards. You will work closely with the Executive Chef and Sous Chef to oversee and manage your section of the kitchen, ensuring that all dishes are prepared to a consistently high standard.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

Prepare and present high-quality dishes in line with the restaurant'sstandards. Work collaboratively with the Executive Chef and Sous Chef to manage and maintain the kitchen. Oversee and manage your section of the kitchen, ensuring that all dishes are prepared to a consistently high standard.

Ensure that all food is stored, prepared, and cooked safely and hygienically.

Manage and train junior members of the kitchen team, ensuring that they are working to the same high standards.

Assist with stock control and ordering of ingredients.

Work with the kitchen team to develop and improve new dishes and menus.

Ensure that all equipment is maintained and cleaned to a high standard.

Attend and contribute to regular kitchen meetings and training sessions. QUALIFICATIONS:

Minimum of 2 years of experience as a Chef de Partie in a premium dining restaurant. Strong culinary skills and knowledge of various cooking techniques and cuisines

Ability to manage and motivate junior members of the kitchen team.

Excellent communication skills and ability to work well in a team.

Ability to work calmly and efficiently under pressure.

Good organizational and time management skills.

Must be very good in English. SALARY & OTHERS:
