We are seeking an experienced and passionate Chef de Partie (CDP) specializing in French cuisine to join our dynamic kitchen team. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of traditional and modern French cooking techniques, a keen eye for detail, and the ability to work in a high-paced environment.
Responsibilities
• Prepare and present high-quality French dishes following the restaurant's standards.
• Manage and execute dishes in your designated section, including sauces, meats, pastries, or any assigned French cuisine specialties.
• Assist with the development of new recipes and menu items, showcasing seasonal ingredients and French culinary techniques.
• Maintain strict hygiene and sanitation standards, ensuring compliance with food safety regulations.
• Coordinate with other sections to ensure the smooth operation of the kitchen during service hours.
• Ensure inventory is managed and communicate any shortages in a timely manner.
• Mentor and train junior staff members in French cooking techniques and kitchen protocols.
Requirements
• Proven experience as a Chef de Partie or similar role in a French restaurant.
• Extensive knowledge of French culinary techniques and dishes, including sauces, pastries, and charcuterie.
• Culinary school certification or equivalent training in French cuisine.
• Strong attention to detail and a passion for high-quality food presentation.
• Ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced kitchen environment.
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills.

Pay: AED4,000.00 - AED5,000.00 per month
