Manage kitchen inventory, including ordering supplies, maintaining stock levels, and minimizing waste.
Oversee kitchen staff, providing guidance and support as needed.
Ensure compliance with food safety and sanitation regulations, including proper handling, storage, and preparation of food.
Collaborate with management to create seasonal specials and update the menu based on customer feedback and market trends.
Maintain a clean and organized kitchen environment, including equipment and workstations.
Monitor kitchen operations and resolve any issues that arise during service.
