We pride ourselves on delivering outstanding gastronomic experiences, and we are seeking a Chef de Partie who shares our commitment to excellence and ready to take the brand to a new height.
Duties & Responsibilities:
• Assist the Head Chef in planning of food budgets and forecasts pertaining to the Pastry Kitchen.
• Overlooks the Commis in coordination with the Sous Chef.
• Ensure a key focus on quality and consistency is achieved across the kitchen and every guest experience.
• Closely monitor trainees during the service and actively teach them as they work - Regularly communicate with senior managers to evaluate trainees' progress and offer feedback.
• Enforce strict health and hygiene standards
• Provide the highest and most efficient level of hospitality service to all guests.
• Work in any assigned station to support a successful service flow of the kitchen.
• Able to organize the assigned work area efficiently and cope with orders in timely manner.
Requirements:
• High school diploma or Culinary school diploma
• 2+ experience in culinary arts, pastry-making, baking or relevant field.
• Great attention to detail and creativity
• Organizing and leadership skills
• In depth knowledge of sanitation principles, food preparation and baking techniques and nutrition.

Pay: AED4,500.00 - AED5,000.00 per month
