Our Client-A leading firm into bakery is looking for Chef de Partie for managing a section of the kitchen, overseeing the preparation of dishes, and ensuring the highest standards of quality and consistency. This role requires a combination of culinary expertise, leadership skills, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced kitchen Position: - Chef De Partie Package: -3000 K -4000 K (AED). Location: -Dubai. Experience: - 3+ Years of Similar industry is must. Key Responsibilities: Station Management:
Assume responsibility for a specific section of the kitchen (e.g., grill, saut\xc3\xa9, pastry).
Oversee all aspects of food preparation, cooking, and presentation.
Ordering and Stock Management:
Assist in monitoring inventory levels and ordering supplies for the assigned section.
Minimize wastage and contribute to cost control measures.
Menu Development:
Collaborate with the Sous Chef and Head Chef in developing new menu items.
Offer creative input and suggest improvements to existing dishes.
Efficiency and Time Management:
Ensure timely preparation and delivery of dishes during service.
Manage time effectively to meet service demands.
Collaboration:
Collaborate with other chefs and kitchen staff to coordinate overall kitchen operations.
Communicate effectively with team members to maintain a harmonious work environment.
Requirements:
Culinary degree or equivalent experience in a similar role.
Proven experience as a Demi Chef de Partie or equivalent.
Strong knowledge of culinary techniques, ingredients, and presentation.
Excellent organizational and communication skills.
Adaptability to work in a high-pressure, fast-paced kitchen environment.
Knowledge of food safety and sanitation regulations.
Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as required.
