Job Description

Dubai-based catering company is seeking a chef de partie cold section. The role will involve various responsibilities such as:
  • Salads preparation,
  • Cold sandwiches,
  • Canapes and other finger food preparation and set up at the buffet tables,
  • Preparation of international dips such as hummus, guacamole, etc.
  • Other cooking tasks as requested by management.
The ideal candidate should have proven experience in the catering industry in Dubai, Requirements:
  • Good communication skills.
  • Ability to work under stress and tight deadlines,
  • Well-groomed appearance,
  • Familiarity with safety food standards,
