Position: Chef de Partie - Cold Kitchen
Location: Ajman
Key Responsibilities:
• Supervise and manage the preparation and presentation of all dishes from the cold kitchen section.
• Ensure consistency in quality, taste, and presentation as per the hotel's standards.
• Train, mentor, and guide junior chefs and kitchen staff.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and compliant work environment in line with HACCP and food safety standards.
• Collaborate with the Executive Chef and Sous Chef to develop new recipes and menus.
• Monitor stock levels and assist in inventory management for the cold kitchen.
• Control food waste and ensure efficient use of ingredients.
Requirements
• Proven experience as a Chef de Partie, ideally specializing in cold kitchen operations.
• Strong knowledge of cold food preparations, including salads, appetizers, and desserts.
• Ability to work under pressure and in a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent organizational and leadership skills.
• A diploma or degree in Culinary Arts or a related field is preferred.
• Knowledge of international cuisines and plating techniques is a plus.
• Fluency in English is essential; additional languages are an advantage.
