Duties & Responsibilities:
Implement and enforce standard operating procedures.
Ensure adherence to facility standards and sanitation practices.
Design and integrate culinary elements into restaurant menus.
Manage daily kitchen operations, ensuring high-quality food is served on time.
Plan menus and create visually appealing plating presentations.
Coordinate and assist kitchen staff as needed.
Recruit, hire, and train kitchen staff.
Conduct regular stocktaking of ingredients and equipment.
Place orders as necessary, managing inventories efficiently.
Create and update recipes to keep the menu fresh and exciting.
Stay abreast of industry trends and incorporate new ideas.
Gather feedback from staff and patrons, making improvements as needed.
Requirements and Skills:
Bachelor\xe2\x80\x99s degree in culinary arts or a related field.
Excellent communication Skill.
Minimum 6 years of proven experience in a culinary leadership role.
Passion for creating exceptional culinary experiences.
Exceptional standards for cleanliness, health, and safety.
Proficient in managing inventories and stocktaking.
Excellent leadership, motivational, and people management skills.
Strong training and communication abilities.
In-depth knowledge of food principles and best practices.
