Job Description
Job Title: Chef de Cuisine : Chinese Restaurant Location: Morocco Package: A,3,000 : A,5,000 per month, plus 13th salary, private accommodation etc. Im currently supporting a luxury hospitality group, over in Morocco, with their search for a Chef de Cuisine. The group are about to launch a brand new stunning rooftop restaurant, within one of their flagship luxury properties, which will be specialising purely on Chinese cuisine. Ideally were looking for those who are experienced in Chinese cuisine (dim dum, soups etc.), and youll be responsible for leading a wider team of 5:10 chefs. We can also consider those within a Sous/Exec Sous role, looking to make that next step within their career. We are looking for specialised chefs in this cuisine who are currently working in high:profile restaurants and interested in relocating to Morocco. This CDC job role will involve executing dishes to the highest standards and working closely with Exec Chef. You will be a good Kitchen Manager who is able to run a kitchen to budget. Good leadership and communication skills are required : you will be able to manage a diverse team of staff. Authenticity is paramount to this group, and for this reason Mandarin speaking candidates will certainly be preferred.
