- Japanese
- Pan-Pacific
- European Cuisines
The Chef De Cuisine will shine, backed by strong leadership skills, including Michelin-rated restaurants, leading the kitchen with precision and creativity.
Key Hiring Criteria
\xe2\x9e\xa1\xef\xb8\x8f Proven Culinary Experience: Minimum 3 years of experience as a Chef de Cuisine or at least 3+ years as a Sous Chef in a Japanese restaurant or in Japan or luxury hospitality establishments.
\xe2\x9e\xa1\xef\xb8\x8f Michelin-Rated Experience: Previous experience in Michelin-rated restaurants, achieving or retaining stars, demonstrating a high level of culinary excellence.
\xe2\x9e\xa1\xef\xb8\x8f Cuisine Exposure: Experience and expertise in Japanese, Pan-Pacific, and European cuisines are preferred.
\xe2\x9e\xa1\xef\xb8\x8f Seafood Expertise: Excellent knowledge of premium quality seafood, including proper handling and preparation.
