Chef Assistant

to support our kitchen operations. The ideal candidate will assist the chef in food preparation, maintaining kitchen cleanliness, and ensuring smooth workflow during service hours. This is a great opportunity for individuals passionate about cooking and looking to gain experience in a professional kitchen environment.

Key Responsibilities:

Assist the chef in preparing ingredients, including chopping, peeling, and marinating. Maintain cleanliness and organization of the kitchen and workstations. Help with basic cooking tasks, such as grilling, frying, or plating dishes. Ensure food safety and hygiene standards are met at all times. Wash and store kitchen utensils, dishes, and equipment properly. Receive and store kitchen supplies and ingredients. Assist in packing and serving food when needed. Follow instructions from the chef and kitchen staff to ensure smooth operations.

Requirements:

Previous kitchen or food preparation experience is a plus but not required. Passion for cooking and willingness to learn. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment. Strong teamwork and communication skills. Basic knowledge of food safety and hygiene. Availability to work flexible hours, including weekends and evenings.

Pay: AED130.00 - AED150.00 per day
