This role involves driving guests to and from the airport, operating the company vehicle in a safe and efficient manner, and maintaining the vehicle s cleanliness and upkeep.\xc3\x82Key ResponsibilitiesGuest Services and Safety\xc3\x82

• Welcome guests when they arrive at the FBO or are leaving the FBO terminal and escort them to guest or crew handlers\xc3\x82
• Handle passenger luggage as per the standard operating procedures in place for arrivals and departure
• Ensure the health and safety of themselves, the team, crew, passengers, visitors, equipment/ vehicles, and the assets.
• Ensure a high degree of customer service, grooming, attentiveness, speed, and control error rates, whilst maintaining consistency in services.\xc3\x82

Vehicle Maintenance and Inspection\xc3\x82

• Review the requests for transport arrangements for the flight schedule and ensure timely availability of the cars\xc3\x82
• Perform the daily vehicle inspection at the start of every shift and report to the Supervisor on observations, if any.
• Ensure cleanliness of all passenger transportation vehicles and baggage trolleys\xc3\x82

Communication and Coordination\xc3\x82

• Manage the administrative responsibilities for couriers and shipments\xc3\x82
• Use the appropriate communication channels and etiquette to communicate with other teams as necessary.
• Participate in the daily shift briefings with the Concierge team and ensure timely reporting for the duty hand-over.\xc3\x82

Driving and Regulatory Compliance\xc3\x82

• Follow the prescribed driving regulations and observe the recommended speed limits at all times.\xc3\x82

Requirements:
Education

• High school level education, Valid UAE driving license\xc3\x82

Experience

• 2+ experience in aviation ground support/hospitality industry in luggage transport procedures\xc3\x82

Skillset

• Fluent in English\xc3\x82 \xc3\x82

• Intermediate IT skills (MS Office database)\xc3\x82
