Job Title : Chartered Valuation Surveyor (MRICS) - Dubai, UAE

Location : Dubai, UAE
Salary : AED 13,000 - 15,000

Are you a qualified Chartered Valuation Surveyor (MRICS) with a strong understanding of the UAE real estate market? We are looking for a skilled professional with 3-5 years of valuation experience to join our team in Dubai.

Responsibilities :

• Conduct accurate property valuations for residential, commercial, industrial, and mixed-use developments, ensuring adherence to RICS standards and UAE regulations.
• Prepare comprehensive valuation reports for acquisitions, disposals, financing, insurance, and financial reporting purposes.
• Analyze market trends and comparable sales to assess current and future property values.
• Collaborate with stakeholders, including banks, developers, investors, and clients, to provide customized valuation solutions.
• Perform site inspections, data collection, and property measurements to ensure accurate valuation inputs.
• Stay updated on property market changes, valuation techniques, and local regulations affecting property values.
• Provide expert advice on real estate investment strategies and market trends.
• Maintain RICS ethical standards and best practices throughout valuation processes.
• Prepare and present valuation findings clearly to clients, supporting them with professional recommendations.
• Support business development by identifying opportunities for new valuation projects and building strong client relationships.

Requirements :

• MRICS qualification with a Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Real Estate, or related field (preferred).
• 3-5 years of relevant experience in property valuation.
• Strong knowledge of UAE real estate market .
• Excellent analytical, reporting, and communication skills.
