Job Description

Job Responsibilities:
1.Conduct accurate property valuations for residential, commercial, industrial, and mixeduse developments in accordance with RICS standards and local UAE market requirements.
2.Prepare comprehensive valuation reports for a range of purposes, including acquisitions, disposals, financing, insurance, and financial reporting.
3.Analyze market trends, economic factors, and comparable sales to determine the current and projected value of properties.
4.Collaborate with clients, banks, developers, investors, and other stakeholders to understand their requirements and provide tailored valuation advice.
5.Carry out site inspections, property measurements, and data collection to ensure the accuracy of valuation inputs.
6.Keep up to date with changes in property market conditions, valuation techniques, and
7.local regulations that may impact property values.
8.Provide expert guidance and advice to clients regarding real estate investment strategies and market trends.
9.Maintain compliance with RICS ethical standards and best practices in all valuation processes.
10.Prepare and present valuation findings and recommendations to clients in a clear and professional manner.
11.Assist in business development activities by identifying opportunities for new valuation projects and maintaining strong client relationships.
