Job Overview : We are looking for an accomplished Chartered Accountant with a master's degree in Accounting or Finance to manage the clinic's financial operations. This role is integral to the clinic's success, ensuring strong financial health and compliance. Candidates with experience in medical or dental settings are preferred, as they will bring industry-specific knowledge crucial for maintaining accurate and efficient financial processes.

Key Responsibilities :

• Manage and oversee all accounting functions, including Billing, Accounts Receivable/Payable, General Ledger, Inventory, and Revenue Recognition.
• Lead budgeting and forecasting efforts, monitor variances, and provide actionable insights.
• Prepare and publish monthly financial statements, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.
• Coordinate regulatory reporting and support compliance with local, state, and federal regulations.
• Conduct technical accounting research and ensure adherence to financial standards.
• Supervise month-end and year-end closing processes.
• Maintain quality control over financial records, transactions, and reporting.
• Develop and document robust internal controls and accounting policies.
• Oversee accounts payable and receivable processes and ensure timely transactions.
• Monitor daily accounting department performance and promote a streamlined workflow.
• Prepare financial reports, including budgets, forecasts, and variance analyses.
• Support annual audits and liaise with external auditors for compliance.

Qualifications :

• Master's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field (required).
• Chartered Accountant (CA) or Certified Public Accountant (CPA) designation preferred.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in an accounting role within a dental clinic, hospital, or similar medical environment.
• Proficiency in accounting software and Microsoft Office Suite.
• Deep understanding of healthcare billing, coding, and compliance standards.
• Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication abilities and interpersonal skills.
• High level of accuracy, attention to detail, and a proactive approach to tasks.
• Ability to work both independently and collaboratively with team members.
