Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Chartered Accountant/Accountant to join our finance team. The ideal candidate will possess in-depth knowledge of corporate tax, VAT, auditing, and accounting principles. This role requires excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, and strong convincing abilities to convert potential leads. The successful candidate will play a critical role in ensuring the financial health and compliance of the organization. Candidate should be available in Dubai for interview.

Qualification

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting or a related field.
• Certified Chartered Accountant license preferred.
• Minimum 3 years of experience as a senior accounting role in the real estate industry.
• Strong understanding of GAAP and real estate accounting principles.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).

Experience:

• Accounting: 2 to 3 years of Real Estate Experience (Preferred)

Good communication skills (ability to express clearly in written and oral communication in both English and Arabic)
