Job Responsibilities:

Manage financial accounts and transactions for real estate projects, ensuring compliance with UAE tax regulations and legal requirements. Prepare accurate financial statements, balance sheets, and detailed reports for real estate transactions and property investments. Oversee budgeting, forecasting, and cash flow management for real estate developments and projects. Ensure timely and accurate calculation of real estate taxes, including VAT, property taxes, and other applicable taxes in the UAE. Manage payments to vendors, contractors, and service providers, ensuring proper documentation and reconciliation. Utilize Zoho Books, Zoho CRM, and other Zoho products to streamline accounting workflows and ensure accurate data entry. Collaborate with internal teams and external auditors/tax consultants to ensure smooth and efficient financial operations. Advise senior management on financial best practices and strategic decision-making in the real estate sector.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

Qualified Chartered Accountant (CA). Minimum of 3 years of relevant experience in real estate accounting, ideally in Dubai or the UAE market. Master's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or a related field. Strong knowledge of UAE tax laws, including VAT and property taxes. Proficiency in Zoho Books and Zoho CRM (Zoho Analytics experience is a plus). In-depth understanding of accounting principles and real estate finance. Excellent analytical skills with a keen attention to detail. Strong communication skills with the ability to collaborate across teams and interact with clients. Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.

Preferred Qualifications:

Experience in a real estate firm, property development, or property management company. Familiarity with UAE regulations related to real estate transactions and investments.
