Chartered Accountant (CA) - Client Accounting, VAT/TAX and compliance - Job Overview:We are looking for a Chartered Accountant (CA) for our client in the Financial services with 2-3 years of UAE experience to manage the accounting, VAT/Tax compliance, and regulatory obligations for our clients. The role involves ensuring the accurate and timely management of financial operations, VAT compliance, and adherence to local laws for multiple client portfolios. The ideal candidate should be highly detail-oriented and capable of handling client interactions professionally while delivering reliable financial services.Key Responsibilities:
Client Accounting:
Manage daily accounting operations for multiple clients, including general ledger maintenance, account reconciliations, and financial reporting.
Ensure accurate and timely recording of all financial transactions as per company and client policies.
Prepare and review monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements for clients.
VAT & Tax Compliance:
Oversee the preparation and filing of VAT returns and other statutory tax filings for clients.
Ensure that all client accounts are compliant with UAE VAT and tax laws.
Provide guidance to clients on VAT-related matters and handle VAT audits and clarifications as required.
Regulatory Compliance:
Ensure clients financial activities comply with UAE legal and regulatory requirements.
Keep clients updated on changes in local regulations, especially related to VAT and tax.
Support clients during internal and external audits by preparing necessary documentation and managing the audit process.
Financial Reporting & Advisory:
Prepare and deliver regular financial performance reports to clients, including insights and recommendations.
Assist clients in budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning.
Offer strategic advice to improve financial efficiency and compliance for client businesses.
