We are seeking a skilled Charge Hand Construction to join our team. The ideal candidate will oversee and coordinate construction projects, ensuring work is completed efficiently and to high standards.
Duties & Responsibilities:
Supervise construction projects from start to finish
Coordinate with subcontractors and vendors
Interpret blueprints and provide guidance to construction teams
Ensure compliance with building codes and safety regulations
Manage project timelines and budgets effectively
Required Skills:
Strong background in Construction , including masonry, remodeling, plastering, concrete forming, roofing, and electrical work
Proficiency in construction estimating
Knowledge of power tools and equipment used in construction projects
Ability to perform caulking and other finishing tasks effectively
