As a CHAPPATI MAKER, you will be responsible for creating high-quality chapatis that meet our standards for taste and presentation. This role requires excellent time management skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and cook chapatis according to established recipes and standards.
• Ensure all food handling practices comply with health and safety regulations.
• Maintain cleanliness and sanitation of the cooking area and equipment.
• Assist in inventory management by tracking ingredients and supplies needed for chapati preparation.
• Collaborate with team members to ensure timely service during peak hours.
• Upsell menu items to enhance customer experience and satisfaction.
• Operate POS systems accurately for order processing.
• Perform basic math calculations for portioning ingredients and managing inventory.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in food preparation or the food industry is preferred.
• Strong knowledge of food handling practices and sanitation standards.
• Basic math skills for inventory management and portion control.
• Excellent time management skills to prioritize tasks effectively.
• Ability to work collaboratively as part of a team while also being self-motivated.
• Familiarity with retail math concepts is a plus.
• A positive attitude with a willingness to help others in the kitchen environment.
