Responsibility
• Preparation of ingredients and cooking of food in various utensils or grillers.
• Check the quality of raw materials to ensure that standards and specifications are met
• Measure or weigh flour or other ingredients to prepare batters, doughs, fillings, or icings, using scales or graduated containers
• Taking stock record of parathas on daily basis
• Clean and sanitize work areas, utensils or equipment
• Minimum of 1 - 2 years' experience as a Chappathi Maker.
