Our client is looking for a highly experienced Channel Sales Manager with 8 to 12 years of experience in channel sales, including at least 5 years in truck sales within the UAE. This role requires a proactive individual to independently manage and expand our client\'s sales channels across multiple countries, reporting directly to the Regional Manager. The candidate must be willing to travel across the 7 countries where we operate and possess a valid UAE driving license.Job Responsibilities:

Manage and grow sales channels across the UAE and international markets, focusing on truck sales.
Build and maintain strong relationships with distributors, body-makers, financiers, and lease companies.
Collaborate with aftermarket, logistics, finance, and marketing teams to ensure smooth operations.
Conduct market intelligence and competitor analysis to optimize sales strategies.
Handle export processes, including documentation, financial payments, and compliance with INCO terms and UCPDC.
Provide product and industry insights to enhance channel management and sales performance.

Job Requirements:

Educational qualifications - Engineering background and MBA graduate desirable for the role.
8 to 15 years of experience in channel sales, with 5+ years in truck sales within the UAE.
Proven ability to manage relationships with distributor customers and industry influencers.
Strong knowledge of export processes, LCs, INCO terms, and UCPDC.
Experience with market analysis, product expertise, and TCO/OPECO.
Willingness to travel across 7 countries and possess a valid UAE driving license.
Excellent interpersonal, negotiation, and relationship management skills.
Indian candidates are preferred for the role.
