Maintain strong relationships with existing partners, ensuring their engagement and loyalty.
Set and track partner performance metrics, ensuring alignment with company objectives.
2. Sales & Revenue Growth
Drive revenue growth through channel partners by promoting PV solutions and incentive programs.
Work closely with channel partners to develop and implement joint business plans.
Monitor partner sales pipelines and provide support to ensure deal closures.
Analyze sales data and provide actionable insights to improve channel performance.
3. Operational Excellence
Implement and optimize (MPR) systems to enhance partner operations.
Coordinate with internal teams (e.g., supply chain, technical support, marketing) to ensure seamless operations for channel partners.
Ensure accurate and timely sharing of PSI (Purchase, Sales, Inventory) data with channel partners.
4. Partner Training & Enablement
Develop and deliver training programs to educate partners on smart PV products, solutions, and industry trends.
Provide ongoing support and technical guidance to partners to improve their sales and service capabilities.
Organize partner events, webinars, and workshops to foster collaboration and growth.
5. Compliance & Reporting
Ensure all channel operations comply with company policies and regional regulations.
Prepare and present regular reports on channel performance, including sales, revenue, and partner satisfaction metrics.

Bachelor's degree or above from a formal university, 3-5 years or above experience in channel management, sales, or operations within the PV/renewable energy industry.2.
