Drive sales, distribution, and market share within assigned retailers and channels.Key Responsibilities
Supervise, coach, and train the Van Sales Supervisors and Representatives.
Enhance team capabilities by identifying efficient route plans and improving sales and negotiation skills.
Manage strategic relationships with key wholesalers across the UAE.
Ensure alignment with business fundamentals for sustainable growth.
Build positive, professional relationships with customers and key stakeholders.
Establish the organization as a preferred partner for growth.
Ensure accuracy in planograms, shelf share, display share, and feature share within retailers.
Oversee distribution with customers across all outlets and ensure adherence to agreed parameters.
Achieve sales, gross margin, and market share targets in assigned retailers.
Must Haves
Proven experience in managing Lower Trade Channels, including Minimarkets, Vans, and Wholesale.
Strong leadership skills with the ability to coach and develop sales teams.
Excellent relationship-building and negotiation skills with key stakeholders.
Deep understanding of sales fundamentals, distribution management, and route planning.
