Channel Manager (Remote) We are hiring!

We need help in identifying, reaching out and communicating with Partners that will help us grow our portfolio across the globe. Feel that you are the right person for this job? We are hiring a Channel Manager who will develop and manage our partnerships and grow our market share.




Things you will do:


• Develop and execute a comprehensive channel strategy that aligns with the DiXiO's overall business objectives and targets.
• Identify potential new channel partners and evaluate existing partnerships to maximize revenue growth and profitability.
• Analyze market trends, competitive landscape, and customer needs to identify opportunities for expanding DiXiO's channel reach.
• Set and track channel performance metrics to ensure the effectiveness of the channel strategy.
• Work closely with the sales team to support the achievement of sales targets through effective channel management.
• Ensure effective communication and coordination with internal teams such as marketing, customer success, and product development to support the success of the channel strategy.
• Develop and implement channel programs and promotions to incentivize partners and drive revenue growth.
• Manage the end-to-end process of partner onboarding, enablement, and training.
• Mentor and train Junior Experts on the Channel Management process

Things that you need to succeed on this job:




Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration or marketing from a Reputable University




7+ years of experience in the field




Knowledge of CRM tools




Must be Proficient in English




Background in Financial Messaging/SWIFT is a must
