We are looking for a Channel Business Manager (CBM) to drive sales through our channel partners. You will play a crucial role in reseller enablement, channel strategy, and business development. This position involves managing a portfolio of resellers, some of which are high-performing and need to be maintained and grown, while others have untapped potential.

Your main responsibility will be:



You will be the point person responsible for the entire sales cycle through our channel partners You will oversee a diverse portfolio of resellers that both includes a mix of well performing re-sellers to be maintained/grown and a group of resellers that isn't doing much/any Milestone business but has significant potential You will form close relationships with end users, consultants and specifiers in the Video Surveillance industry to promote the Milestone brand and to increase sales and demand for Mile-stone security products
You will be reporting to the Sales Manager for North Africa.


What you'll do on a day-to-day basis:


Promote and market Milestone Systems products and services within the assigned territory. Build, drive, and deepen the relations with System Integrators, Distributors, end users and A&Es Lead, coach and influence the strategies of the partners to keep them focused on short-term and long-term sales targets and ensure customer satisfaction Drive the technical discussions with consultants and end users to develop the right proposition. Identify opportunities for expansion and work closely with resellers to achieve mutual objectives Reporting and documenting in CRM management tools such as SalesForce Working with Marketing for necessary marketing material and event planning. Being the Milestone representative at various events, seminars, and exhibitions Empower channel partners through tailored training and resources Ensure they have the knowledge and tools needed to effectively represent our products and services Coordinate internal support when necessary Assist resellers in understanding the value proposition of our offerings Develop and implement activities to nurture these relationships Be a liaison for the territory to the rest of the organization and vice versa.
The job requires travelling or meeting customers across the region and sometimes travelling abroad to Milestone offices and industry events is required.


What we imagine the ideal candidate profile to look like:



Bachelor's Degree preferred, but not strictly necessary +5 years of sales experience, Proven experience in channel management, business development, or sales of technical solutions Strong understanding of the technology industry and relevant products/services A goal oriented, sales focused and self-confident profile Willingness to travel, work independently and closely monitor own goals Ability to uphold organizational values and high moral standards Fluent in English, both written and verbal Fluent in French, both written and verbal Fluent in Arabic, both written and verbal
