Role Overview:We are looking for a dynamic Channel Account Manager to manage and grow relationships with channel partners in the IT distribution sector. The role focuses on driving sales, expanding the partner network, and ensuring partner satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities:Develop and maintain strong relationships with channel partners (resellers, VARs, etc.).Drive partner sales to achieve revenue and growth targets.Identify, onboard, and enable new channel partners.Collaborate on joint business plans and provide training on products and promotions.Track partner performance, analyze metrics, and report results.Work with marketing teams to execute channel-specific campaigns.Address partner issues and liaise with internal teams for seamless operations.
Qualifications:Bachelor's degree in Business, IT, or related field (MBA preferred).5+ years of channel management experience in IT distribution.Strong sales, relationship-building, and negotiation skills.Knowledge of IT products Proficiency in CRM tools and data-driven decision-making.

Pay: AED15,000.00 - AED18,000.00 per month
