Job Description

The Change Manager will be responsible for development and implementation of change management strategies and plans that maximize employee adoption and usage while minimizing resistance. The role requires a strategic thinker who can align change initiatives with business goals, ensuring a smooth transition and sustained benefits from organizational changes.

Role and Responsibilities


Work under the guidance of the Organizational Change Management Lead.


• Change Management Strategy :


o Develop and implement change management strategies and plans to ensure successful adoption of changes within the organization.


o Identify and analyze change impacts and develop mitigation strategies to address potential challenges.


o Align change initiatives with the organization's strategic goals and objectives.


• Stakeholder Engagement :


o Identify, engage, and manage stakeholders across various levels of the organization.


o Conduct stakeholder analysis and create communication plans to address their needs and concerns.


o Foster a culture of openness and collaboration to gain stakeholder buy-in and support for change initiatives.

• Communication and Training :


o Develop and execute comprehensive communication plans to keep stakeholders informed and engaged throughout the change process.


o Create training programs and materials to support the adoption of new processes, systems, and behaviors.


o Deliver training sessions and workshops to ensure effective knowledge transfer.

• Change Implementation :


o Lead and manage change implementation projects from initiation to completion.


o Collaborate with project teams to integrate change management activities into project plans.


o Monitor and report on the progress of change initiatives, identifying and addressing issues and risks as they arise.

• Performance Measurement :

o Define and measure success metrics to evaluate the effectiveness of change initiatives.


o Conduct post-implementation reviews to identify lessons learned and continuous improvement opportunities.


o Prepare and present reports on change management activities and outcomes to senior leadership.



Education and Experience :

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Organizational Development, Human Resources, or a related field.
• A minimum of 5 years of experience in change management, organizational development, or a similar role.
• Certification in change management methodologies (e.g., Prosci, ADKAR) is highly desirable.




• Skills and Competencies :
• Strong understanding of change management principles, methodologies, and tools.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
• Proven ability to influence and engage stakeholders at all levels.
• Strong project management skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Analytical and problem-solving skills with a focus on results and outcomes.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and change management software/tools.
• Communicate and collaborate effectively with all types of stakeholder groups, both internal and external spread across multiple geographies
• Ability to identify and manage interdependencies within OpCos
