You will be responsible for setting up a successful CM mechanism to ensure change requests are to the required standard, include the right stakeholders, are approved on time, update and maintain our SOP content, and facilitate the \'managing success of change\'. Own the process/ tools and mechanisms for Change requests to be raised, evaluated, concluded within SLAs.
Managing success of change through w+6 review calls and the creation of standardized judging mechanism to establish if the change is positive in business impact, or if the change needs to be reversed/re-evaluated.
Identify process defects through stakeholder feedback and audits. Facilitate cross functional mechanisms to minimize defects in a measurable way.
Review new change requests from corporate and site stakeholders against existing standards.
Identify and address customer and business pain points by actively deep diving into data and operational processes, keeping START updated and relevant.
Work with RoW/ECCF and EU/NA CM team and partner SME\xe2\x80\x99s to identify cost reduction and cost avoidance opportunities, through processes to evaluate change requests, and facilitating lessons learnt from changes at a network level.
Lead process improvement projects and development of new tools to better support the business.
Schedule and moderate multiple weekly standing meetings with internal teams to obtain or share information and approve changes; coordinate information between various teams in the organization.
Increase the quality of CM requests and adoption from all related teams (OPS, WHS, LMP, PXT, PE, DEX, ACES, L&D).
Establish a BM mechanism to evaluate & compare the success of MENA CM against other regions. Looking at Approval Cycle Times at individual stakeholder and team level, and successful adoption vs non-adherence to the CM process.
Support/lead a range of Ops Excellence projects.
