Assist in developing and executing change management plans for IT and digital transformation projects. Collaborate with stakeholders to ensure alignment on change initiatives. Support the creation of communication, training, and engagement plans for different audiences. Help identify and address challenges related to the adoption of new technologies and processes. Provide support to project teams and business leaders on change management best practices. Track the success of change initiatives and suggest improvements as necessary. Minimum Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in Business or a related field and a familiarity with change management methods and tools (e.g. Prosci). At least 5 years experience supporting change management efforts, ideally within the public sector or government environment in the GCC. Strong communication skills with the ability to collaborate effectively with diverse teams and stakeholders. Ability to adapt and thrive in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
